Delivery FAQ

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.). We deliver worldwide. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

• Delivery times depend on the destination. Delivery is from the EU and usually takes 3-4 working days.   
• In times of sale (Black Friday, Xmas etc) delivery times can be delayed by up to 5 working days.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY SERVICE?

• US shipping:
• Orders up to $150 - $15.
• Orders over $150 - Free Shipping. 

• International shipping:
• Orders up to $150 - $25.
• Orders over $150 - $15.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

• Yes, the tracking number will be sent to you once the order is fulfilled.  

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES?

• Customers in the US are not subject to duties or fees. Items in your order that are designated for shipment to other countries outside of the UK may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
• If you refuse a shipment from MIISTA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MIISTA.
